14th July 2008 - Chainfusion Hong Kong HQ Responds With A Settlement Offer But Still NO MONIES.

This morning, I received from CHAINFUSION FINANCIAL MERCHANTS ...whatever they call themselves you know who I am talking about by now..anywayz they offered a $50,000 SGD Settlement fee on top of the $220505 SGD UNPAID and OWED amount promised and agreed on. Their condition was for the payment to be done in 3 Weeks.

DEDUCTIONS OF MY OWN ON DEALINGS WITH CHAINFUSION:

* CHAINFUSION Issues Cheques That BOUNCES ALL THE TIME Not Even 1 Went Through!

* Even Their Cashier's Order (Which According to CF Finance Director CANNOT BOUNCE) Bounced!

* They make all payments in CASH DEPOSITS at the bank in funny amounts with no seuqence or pattern.

* Out of desperation, we make a public outcry and harm their chances of others falling into prey, ONLY THEN DO THEY PAY.

My family and friends all feel that they are DIRTY MERCHANTS!!!!

Tomorrow, I will pass all evidence to a qualified lawyer and will go as God leads.

2nd of JULY 2008 - FAILED TO HONOR! AGAIN! * Not Even 1 Cent!

It's moments like this I start to feel uncontrollable rage while the CF Financial Director who drive a Lexus by the way tells me " Calm down, you must calm down.." Why don't I have Xavier's powers I would so much like to cook his little conman brain of his... but I won't.

I'll let go and LET GOD.

I only chanced upon Larry's very honest and informative site TODAY...if only I saw Larry on the 1st of January 2008 all this would'nt have happend..



But in the midst of the struggles in life, I would just like to testify that it really helps when God sends good people, good customers and good networks to buffer you a little when the going is tough. God is Good All The Time! I'm not a perfect being but He blessed my company with our very own merchant account in Singapore today!!! Merchant accounts are real easy to come by in the states but in Sing Sing it's almost like findin a needle in a haystack!


Look what I found....at first ...The CURSE of CHAINFUSION!

Hmm..never really thought about the name but CHAIN + CONFUSION so they tie ALL YOUR MONEY UP in their bank of course and then try to CONFUSE YOU! CHAINFUSION !

I logged into our company's new merchant account today and the structure and info I saw made an instant connection to what REALLY HAS BEEN GOING ON...

Ok don't quote me on this.This part is my conclusion it MIGHT not be true because I have never seen the actual administrator account on Citibank. It is my guess that Chainfusion purposefully DID NOT GRANT our company the Refund Authority because they knew that with the frequent transactions and staff processing there are bound to be double charges and wrong calculations, wrong orders. When the transaction goes wrong or is wrongly charged, I personally will fire off an email to my HQ and to the Chainfusion Financial Director. In the past I thought their system is as lousy as their website design.. but after all the precaution I took Chainfusion would still PURPOSEFULLY NOT REFUND THE MONIES TO MY GUEST OR MY COMPANY, 1 Month After I have sent the emails. Their Web Design is perfect compared to their ethics and business process!
Almost as if once they have got a hold of your monies, they won't ever let go. And I always try to understand why people would react in a certain way and I know why they do this.
#1) When the charge is wrong or a double if you reverse and refund in 1 days time like normal merchants your customer wont see it in his bill and he wont flip! But the moment it is in the bill there is definitely going to be a chargeback. Chainfusion received the monies my company makes every 3 Days from Citibank. So the monies are in their hands by the time my customer gets his bill and does a chargeback because Chainfusion HAS NOT REFUNDED THEIR MONIES!
*Citibank Has NO CONTROL
* My Company Has NO CONTROL
* My Customer Has NO CONTROL
I wonder WHO?
AHA!!!! We all know what Chainfusion is best at doing! Yup! HOLD ON TIGHT TO MONIES THAT BELONG TO OTHERS!
So my guess is:
FIRST They tell me there is a chargeback.
Then their Ops Asst will communicate with my Manager and request for supporting documents. I already smelled a rat when I personally reacted to a very dishonest guest whom stayed and then did an unauthorized chargeback. My company passed Chainfusion ALL THE NECESSARY INFO TO FIGHT CHARGEBACKS. Credit Card Authorization form + Scan of Front and back of the Credit Card.
You guessed it! We never had any positive result with chargebacks.
You know why! Cause CHAINFUSION most probably told me that Citibank took it from them and therefore they are gonna swallow my money as a chargeback AND I NEED TO PAY A $20 SGD FEE!
Chainfusion, Buybuttonz, Keelanwainright WHATEVER! What You read above is my common sense theory, this part is my truthful opinion on them..
THEY ARE SCUMBAGS! LIARS! BULLIES ! And MONEY HOGGERS!!!!
I felt so wasted when I saw Larry's site only now...I so wished I saw it earlier!
I hope and pray that anyone looking for a merchant account with Chainfusion or Buybuttonz will google and find websites and blogs like Mic's, Larry's and mine.
