In response to my desperate Plea, I received a lawyer's letter...is my fair comment of my disappointment a form of defamation as well? I don't know ?

My Pure & True Intent Of This Blog & Of Anything I Share With Regards To My Misfortune:

1. That NO ONE ELSE will suffer like I did.



2. In the HOPE that someone who is willing and can help WILL HELP ME!



3. That Chainfusion Limited will return my monies ASAP!
   

After the lawyer's letter, I am dumbfounded. So wronged and helpless, even on the net I can't share the TRUTH...isnt it supposed to be the WORLD WIDE WEB? And EVERYTHING I EVER STATED AND SHARED WITH ON THIS BLOG OR YOUTUBE OR ANYWHERE IS 100% TRUTH. If I get CRUXIFIED FOR TELLING THE TRUTH in Singapore then so be it because the TRUTH is what I will share to prevent other misfortunes

I don't understand why they would react in such a manner?

All I was seeking was some help...genuine help...but I got a lawyer's letter.

After this shocking episode on the 27th of August 2008, I went to the LAW.com dictionary to check myself to see if I did defame? I am not a lawyer? I am just a netizen caught in a bad situation and sharing my experience with the world...anyway I looked it up here it is:

Fair comment By Singapore Law Standards:
In regards to taking a legal action against Defamation or in legal terms libel or slander in respect of words consisting partly of allegations of fact and partly of expression of opinion, a defence of fair comment shall not fail by reason only that the TRUTH of every allegation of fact is not proved if the expression of opinion is fair comment having regard to such of the facts alleged or referred to in the words complained of as are proved.
